Cell health is crucial in all living things. They carry all the building blocks that make us! Known as the powerhouse of the cell, their biomedical process, cellular respiration, is what acts like a digestive system taking in nutrients, breaking them down, and then creating energy rich molecules for the cell.
My guest is Dr. Tim Jackson and he speaks to us about this incredible organelle. With his vast knowledge in biochemistry and epigenetics, he is a wealth of knowledge! Combining his background in integrative health and wellness with the emerging field of epigenetics he is able to help us understand the importance of your mitochondria’s well-being. Join us as we discuss how the health of the mitochondria ultimately impacts our future health.
